1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Personal information you disclose to us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on our platforms, express an interest in obtaining information about us, or engage in customer inquiries.
Personal Info Provided by You: Contact coordinates including name, email address, phone identifiers, physical shipping coordinates, username matrices, and password maps.
Sensitive Information: With your explicit consent, we may process account logins, precise geolocations, and transaction identifiers.
Payment Data: All financial payment data is stored and secured directly by our merchant network provider Stripe. You may review their active compliance frameworks directly here: https://stripe.com/privacy.
Security, Form Integrity, and Bot Protection Telemetry
Google reCAPTCHA Protection: We implement Google reCAPTCHA on our web forms and secure doorways to prevent spam and verify human presence. Google reCAPTCHA acts by harvesting connection characteristics, hardware telemetry, browser viewport setups, and tracking parameters. This information is evaluated directly by Google LLC (subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service).
Cloudflare Security & Turnstile validation: We secure our edge routers and application servers from DDoS patterns and scraping bots through Cloudflare Inc. services, including Turnstile non-intrusive CAPTCHA challenges. Cloudflare evaluates viewport parameters, canvas configurations, and connection attributes. This utility does not process biometric info, in compliance with Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Information automatically collected
We automatically log connection analytics parameters such as IP configuration, web browser tags, system properties, and language preferences. These parameters are handled strictly for local application firewall configuration, system diagnostics, and analytical reports.
2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?
We process your personal information for targeted, safe, and legally compliant business reasons, including:
- Account Lifecycle Management: Facilitating secure identity validation models.
- Logistical Order Fulfillment: Managing purchases, product processing, and delivery.
- Support Channels: Managing ticketing queues and addressing support queries.
- Marketing Campaigns: Distributing relevant promotional frameworks in alignment with opt-in states.
- Infrastructure Security: Preventing fraud, form spam, and malicious bot activity using validation challenges.
3. WHAT LEGAL BASES DO WE RELY ON TO PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We process personal parameters under valid legal bases recognized by the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), UK GDPR, and Canadian frameworks, including:
- Explicit Consent: Clear affirmative action granted for specific processing pipelines.
- Contract Execution: Fulfilling transactional duties binding both parties.
- Legitimate Business Interests: Operational improvements, bot-prevention, DDoS protection, and tracking metrics that do not impact user rights.
- Statutory Mandates: Complying with regulatory audits, security checks, and judicial directives.
4. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We share operational data in specific, isolated situations with specialized external services. These processors are contractually bound to treat your data with enterprise-level security:
- Web analytics architectures (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Ad targeting, tracking platforms and social media pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel)
- Automated spam protection providers (Google reCAPTCHA)
- Cloud-security, routing and DDoS prevention suites (Cloudflare Inc.)
- Payment processing engines (Stripe)
- Cloud datastore infrastructures
5. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?
Our platforms contain third-party hyperlinks. We do not control, and have no liability for, the policies, cookies, or safety standards of external platforms. Check their terms before sending data.
6. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?
We deploy standard HTTP cookies, session logs, and local browser parameters to optimize session tracking. You can disable cookies directly through your local web browser settings, though some portal features may become unavailable.
Advanced Analytical Tracking & Pixels
Google Analytics: We process navigation histories through Google Analytics cookies to monitor traffic flows and improve system layouts. Analytics collects anonymized browser metadata, event structures, and IP addresses. You can prevent active collection using the official Google Analytics Opt-out browser extension.
Retargeting & Advertising Pixels (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.): We deploy social media marketing tracking pixels on our systems. These elements log conversions, build custom marketing cohorts, and deliver personalized targeted advertisements across third-party networks (e.g., Meta, TikTok, or Pinterest) based on your activity footprints on our site.
8. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?
Our computing nodes are situated within the United States and globally. By accessing our structures, you acknowledge that your information may reside on physical servers situated outside your country of residence, where security laws might vary.
9. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?
We maintain collection archives only as long as needed to fulfill operational business purposes or comply with legal holding requirements. Unused accounts are pruned periodically.
10. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?
We use robust organizational and technological safeguards, including SSL/TLS transfer configurations and access control policies. However, since no internet architecture is entirely bulletproof, you accept that transfers to our servers are executed at your own risk.
11. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?
We do not intentionally solicit or market our platforms to individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. If we learn we have stored parameters from minors, we will remove those records immediately.
12. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?
Under local protections (such as GDPR, UK GDPR, and Canadian regulations), you can request to view, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal information. Reach out directly to [email protected] to request these actions.
If you are located in the EEA or UK and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here: https://edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en.
13. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES
Because there is no universally accepted tracking standard, we do not respond to Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) browser headers or signals.
